Everything about this hotel is perfect. From the moment you walk in, the staff makes you feel right at home by helping you with anything that you need. Could not speak highly enough about every individual that I spoke with during my stay. The room was spotless and had everything we needed to make our stay that much better. With buffet breakfast, pending your dietary requirements, you have a variety of options to choose from. And, one of the positives about staying here is that the city centre is not even a 5-minute walk from the hotel, so you have an abundance of stores and restaurants to choose from.

Front desk personnel provided valuable assistance in locating medical facility when I became ill and required hospitalization. Also, front desk director became personally involved during my medical emergency and provided assistance while seeking return of my wife’s wallet which was lost and later recovered at the Sani Resort. This support was exceptional and helped make our stay even more memorable.’

Breakfast buffet was fantastic and service top notch. I accidentally pulled on a cord in the bathroom and got a call asking if everything was ok since I had pulled on the emergency help button if one falls in the Bathroom. That’s the level of attention to detail.
