I was very pleased with my stay at the Hotel Mediterranean Palace. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the warm and welcoming staff, whose professionalism and attentiveness truly elevated the experience. They went above and beyond to ensure that every need was met. The breakfast was a highlight of our visit. Every dish was thoughtfully prepared, offering a wide variety to suit all tastes. The coffee was particularly delightful. The indoor pool, designed like a serene lagoon, added a touch of tranquility to the hotel. Though a bit small, it was beautifully maintained and included a jacuzzi for ultimate relaxation—a lovely spot to unwind after a day of exploring. The rooms were impeccably clean, and the thoughtful details stood out. They provided not only bathrobes and slippers for adults but also for children, along with special dental and bath kits tailored to younger guests. These extra touches made the stay feel even more luxurious and family-friendly. Mediterranean Palace is truly a masterpiece of hospitality, combining elegance with thoughtful amenities. It is also conveniently located just a short distance from the city center. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a five-star experience with a personal touch. I cannot wait to return! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We stayed 4 nights at this hotel. Our large group was welcomed like family, and the staff really went out of their way to make our stay delightful. They organized a wonderful wine and cheese event, offered advice and contacts at restaurants around town, and genuinely tried to help us any way they could. We also enjoyed the lobby piano, where our group gathered frequently to play and sing together. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and with all of the usual amenities, plus a delicious welcome treat. Meals at the restaurant were delicious and the breakfast buffet rich in variety and flavor. They even had donuts (I'm a donut fanatic). We enjoyed massages at the SPA, which is certainly worth a visit. A reproduction of Theodoros Vryzakis' The Reception of Lord Byron in the lobby offers an historical nod to the English poet benefactor of the 19th century Greek war for independence.

Great location. Excellent breakfast 👌 Friendly and helpful personnel. Cosy atmosphere. Family-friendly hotel. Tasty food at the restaurant and a big plus, the kid's menu. Valet service: Just request the car before leaving the room, and someone will bring it upfront. Spa as in the pictures, but it is small. So some will not feel comfortable sharing. We had a great time at the spa. Before going to the spa, it is recommended to call the hotel reception (9) to turn the sauna on. (sauna is off due to sustainability practice). Overall, we had a great time. If the opportunity comes, we will visit it again. Thanks for the lovely welcoming.

We love the location of the hotel and the fact that it has an underground garage at the same building, so no need to go to some public garage a few blocks away. Also, the breakfast is better than it used to be, really a lot of choice and everything is fresh and at a five star level. The staff is very friendly, and the hotel facilities are all working, which is not always the case in Thessaloniki. We remember that the hotel was good when we first stayed there some 15 years ago, and we can confirm that it is getting better, it is being timely refurbished and handled properly, so thumbs up for Mediterranean Palace.

The room was spacious with fantastic view and in particular sunset (with a room facing the sea) and also good curtains to block the light in the morning. The bathroom was also nice with all the amenities. There was also a desk for the laptop, with enough plugs and also some free waters. The conference area is also very nice with a rather big room in the roof top and fantastic view to the sea and Mount Olympos. The location is in a very nice area close to the harbour, the "Ladadika" restaurants/bar area and walking distance to Aristotelous square. The lobby and breakfast area is also spacious and nice.
